Somatic Series - Healthy Spine

The Somatic Series is a 4-week program comprising of a collection of pre-recorded sessions which you can access in your own time.

After this 4-week series of Gentle Somatic Movement exercises you will have a deep awareness of what holds you back physically and what you can do to find more comfortable, beneficial and efficient movement across your body and improved posture.

Rocket Yoga Series 1

This series of Mini Rocket Yoga sessions with Jeni Howland are a fun and uplifting exploration of yoga shapes.

A selection of 6 practices - each one is 60 minutes long - with a different focus on asana taken from the much longer Rocket 1 sequence. As you go through these practices you should do one video several times before moving on to the next one, thus building up a familiarity with the practice and therefore being able to build the detail and depth in each pose and through the transitions.

Somatic Series - Hips and Legs

The Somatic Series is a 4-week program comprising of a collection of pre-recorded on-demand sessions which you can access in your own time.

After this 4-week series of Gentle Somatic Movement exercises you will be equipped with exercises to release tension and tightness around your lower back and hips. You will have a broader awareness of where you hold tension and how to find more comfortable, beneficial and efficient mobility in the hips and legs.

Vinyasa Flow Series 2

This is an online on-demand series of 6 Dynamic Yoga Flow practices with Jeni Howland - each one is 60 minutes long - with a different theme or focus.

You will build strength through your practice in a fun and enjoyable practice with plenty of options to soften or challenge yourself according to how you feel from one day to the next.
