SCHEDULE OF WEEKLY CLASSES

This will change and be updated regularly. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any queries. Yoga Flow classes are open to all levels, to anyone able to get up and down from the ground with ease; the Chair Yoga class is suitable for anyone wanting to find more mobility. Standing and using the chair to balance for certain poses is optional. Please do contact me if you would like to check if a class would be suitable for you.

Yoga Flow classes: £10 drop in / £45 for a block of 5 to be used within 2 months / £80 for a block of 10 to be used within 3 months
Chair Yoga classes: £8 drop in / £30 for a block of 5 to be used within 2 months / £60 for a block of 10 to be used within 3 months

Jeni's approach is professional, safe and fun. Her yoga classes are challenging (in a positive way!) but also manageable.
